摘 要:研究了炭黑用量、测试温度、疲劳时间以及疲劳后停放时间对天然橡胶硫化胶压缩模量的影响。结果表明,天然橡胶硫化胶压缩模量随炭黑用量的增大而增大;在较小变形条件下,随着测试温度的升高,压缩模量先增大后减小,出现一个最高值;在较大变形条件下,压缩模量随着测试温度的升高而减小。当压缩疲劳时间不够长时,压缩疲劳时间对压缩模量的影响不大。Effects of amount of carbon black,test temperature,fatigue time and the conditioning after fatigue test on compression modulus of NR were studied.The results showed that the compression modulus of NR increased with the increase of carbon black content.The compression modulus first increased and then decreased with the rise in test temperature when the deformation was low,and had a maximum value.The compression modulus decreased with the rise in test temperature when the deformation was higher.The compression time had little effect on the compression modulus when the fatigue time was short.
