动态硫化POE/MVQ热塑性弹性体改性EPDM性能的研究

摘　　要：采用双螺杆挤出机制备了动态硫化POE/MVQ热塑性弹性体(简称PMTPV),并将其与EPDM进行共混。研究了不同共混比胶料的硫化特性、力学性能、电绝缘性能、耐热氧老化性能及耐油性能,通过扫描电镜观察了胶料断面形貌结构。结果表明,加入PMTPV可改善共混胶力学性能、电绝缘性能、耐热氧老化性及耐油性能。EPDM/PMTPV共混比为40/60时,其共混胶综合性能最佳。Dynamic vulcanized POE/MVQ thermoplastic elastomer（PMTPE）was prepared by using a twin screw extruder,and the elastomer was blended with EPDM.The curing characteristics,mechanical properties,electrical insulation properties,aging resistance and oil resistance of the blends having different blending ratio were discussed.The morphology of the fracture surface was observed by SEM.The results showed that the mechanical properties,electrical insulation properties,heat-oxygen ageing resistance and oil resistance of the blends were improved by adding PMTPE.The comprehensive performance of the blend was the best when the blending ratio of EPDM/PMTPV was 40/60.
