摘  要:GB 150和GB/T 151是关于压力容器设计、制造等方面的两个主导标准,其中列入了8种受压壳体和4种管板的计算方法。这些元件的计算公式都是基于板壳理论弹性分析推导所得,由于涉及较复杂的数学及力学知识,使广大压力容器设计人员对此不便深入学习理解。文章深入浅出地以材料力学为基础,以结构变形与应力的关系全面诠释上述各元件由板壳理论弹性分析所得的计算公式、应力分布规律和设计计算要点,使设计者便捷地深入掌握理解各元件的计算方法和要点,有效提升设计技术水平。GB 150 and GB/T 151 are two leading standards for design and fabrication of pressure vessels,in which calculation methods for eight types of pressurized shells and four types of tube sheets are listed.Calculation formulae for these components are derived from elastic analysis for theory of plates and shells.Since profound knowledge of mathematics and mechanics is involved,it is hard for pressure vessel designers to study and understand these contents intensively.Based on mechanics of materials,this paper comprehensively explains the stress distribution pattern,key points for design and calculation and calculation formulae derived from elastic analysis for theory of plates and shells.It helps designers understand and master the calculation methods and key points for every component conveniently.And this can promote the technical abilities of designers in designing efficiently.
