摘 要:在分析焊入式固定管板换热器管板结构特点基础上,探讨了该类结构管板的几种计算方法,并结合实例,详述了各计算方法的特点及适用性,并对管板计算结果进行了比较,提出焊入式按压差设计的高压固定管板换热器,在换热管与壳体温差小、线膨胀系数相近的情况下,采用基于AD规范的薄管板设计方法是适用的,且有一定的优势。Based on the analysis of structure characteristics of tube-sheet of weld-in fixed tube-sheet exchanger,this paper discusses several calculation methods for such tube sheets.Combining with practical example,the paper expatiates on the characteristic and applicability of each calculation method and compares the calculation results of tube sheets.Then it presents that the design method for thin tube sheet based on AD code for weld-in fixed tube sheet of pressure difference design is applicable and of certain advantage under the conditions of small tempe-rature difference and close linearexpansion coefficient between the heat exchange tube and shell.
