摘 要:建立CNG常规加气站动态模型,对不同储气设施配置下的汽车加气和储气设施充气过程进行了仿真计算,结果表明:在同一配比下,单瓶/井水容积越大,储气设施容积利用率越高;同一单瓶/井水容积下,储气设施容积利用率(1∶2∶3)>(1∶1∶1)>(1∶1∶2);对于储气设施总容积固定的CNG常规站,宜选用单瓶/井水容积较大而储气设施个数较少的配置来提高容积利用率;汽车连续加气时,常规站内压缩机总能耗周期性呈阶梯状增加,单瓶/井水容积增大,压缩机启动频率降低,但平均能耗变化不大。Through building dynamic model of CNG conventional filling station,this paper simulates the gas filling process of vehicles and CNG storage facilities with different storage facility configuration.And the results indicate that with the same ratio,volume availability of CNG storage facility largely increases when single volume becomes larger;comparing three frequentlyused ratios,with the same single volume,volume availability follows the rule of(1∶2∶3)>(1∶1∶1)>(1∶1∶2);for the CNG conventional filling station with fixed total volume of CNG storage facility,the single volume should be lar-ger and the number of CNG storage facilities should be smaller in order to increase volume availability;when pumping CNG into cars continuously,compressor energy consumption of the station ladder-type increases periodically;with single volume becoming larger,the frequency of compressor starting decreases,however,the average energy consumption changes very little.
