摘  要:结合检修过程、零部件的损坏程度、总管油压的变化,对催化裂化装置烟气轮机动叶片断裂、振动剧烈、轴承润滑油进油管断裂的故障过程进行了分析。初步判断是油管开裂、断裂,造成轴承缺油严重损坏,引起机组剧烈振动,但是随着检修的不断深入,结合轴瓦损伤不严重、转子动叶片断裂的情况,最终认为故障是由于动叶片突然断裂,转子动平衡被破坏,使得存在焊接质量问题的润滑油管道焊缝开裂、断裂。Combining with the maintenance process,the extent of spare parts damage and the change in oil pressure of header pipe,this paper analyzes the fault process of dynamic blade rupture and violent vibration in the flue gas turbine of catalytic cracking unit and rupture of oil inlet pipe for bearing lubricating oil.It is judged initially that the cracking and rupture of oil pipe resulted in severe damage of the bearing which caused violent vibration of the unit.However,with the deepening of maintenance and combining with the not-serious bearing damage and dynamic blade rupture of rotor,it is finally determined that the fault is caused by sudden fracture of dynamic blade which destroyed the rotor balancing and led to welding cracking and rupture of lubricating oil pipeline with welding qua-lity problems.
