摘　　要：通过对美国人性化设计背景的探讨,文章以美国Kneeling Bus为例,对其入口、拉线、紧急出口、内部布局等人性化设计特点进行分析,将其人性化设计理念及方法归纳为善、真、美,借以为我国的设计发展提供参考与借鉴。Based on the case of Kneeling Bus in America, this paper discusses the characteristics of American humanitarian design and its design philosophy. Through the analysis focused on the entrance, stop requested, signal, emergency exit, wheelchair area, etc., the philosophy of American humanitarian design is summarized as kindness, sincerity and beauty. This design not only brings passengers convenience, respect as well as pleasant experience, but also is worthy of reference for Chinese design.
