摘 要:采用共沉淀法合成了MgAl-CO_3水滑石,以其为前体,采用离子交换法制备MgAl-EDTA柱撑水滑石,对水滑石前体及柱撑水滑石进行了XRD和IR表征。以水滑石前体及柱撑水滑石为吸附剂,对模拟废水中的Cd^(2+)进行吸附实验,考察温度、pH、吸附剂加入量、吸附时间对吸附过程和吸附效率的影响。结果表明,柱撑水滑石对Cd^(2+)的吸附效果显著优于水滑石前体,柱撑水滑石吸附Cd^(2+)的最佳条件为:温度为40℃,pH为6.0,吸附时间为150 min,柱撑水滑石加入量为1.5 g/L。The MgAl- CO_3hydrotalcite( MgAl- HT) was synthesized by coprecipitation method and EDTA pillared MgAl- HT( MgAl- EDTA- HT) was successfully synthesized by the ion exchange method with MgAl- HT as precursor.Both MgAl- HT and MgAl- EDTA- HT were characterized by XRD and IR,and they were used as adsorbent for the adsorption of Cd-(2+)from water. The adsorption efficiency and the effects of different temperature,pH value,initial concentration and different adsorption time on the adsorption process were investigated. As a result,the adsorbility of MgAl- EDTA- HT was higher than that of MgAl- HT. The optimum condition was as follows: temperature was 40 ℃,pH = 6. 0,adsorption time was 150 min and initial LDHs lead concentration was 1. 5 g/L.
