基于科技查新的宁夏科技创新特征分析

摘　　要：[目的/意义]了解宁夏科技查新与区域科技创新的特征。[方法/过程]对宁夏科技查新检索中心2008—2014年完成的科技查新项目,从查新目的、行业分布、委托单位类型、委托单位地域分布等方面进行方差分析和聚类分析。[结果/结论]宁夏科技经费相对不足,企业科技创新能力相对较弱;工业技术、医药卫生和农林牧渔是宁夏的优势行业;企业是宁夏科技创新的主体;宁夏科研发展水平地域差异性明显。提出应加大科技经费的投入、营造鼓励科技创新社会环境、重视科技人才引进等,以促进宁夏科技创新。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to understand the characteristics of sci-tech novelty retrieval and regional sci-tech innovation in Ningxia. [Method/process]The paper makes variance analysis and cluster analysis of sci-tech novelty retrieval items completed by Ningxia Sci-tech Novelty Retrieval Center in 2008—2014, from aspects of objective of novelty retrieval, industrial distribution, types of entrusted units, regional distribution of entrusted units, etc.[Result/conclusion]Ningxia＇s ST fund is insufficient correspondingly, enterprises＇ sci-tech innovation ability is relatively weak; advantageous industries of Ningxia includes industrial technology, medicine and health, and agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery; enterprise is the main body of sci-tech innovation in Ningxia; scientific research and development level of Ningxia varies obviously in regions. It proposes to increase input of ST fund,build a social environment for encouraging sci-tech innovation, and attach great importance to introduction of ST talents and so on, so as to promote sci-tech innovation of Ningxia.
