摘　　要：面对规则后果主义乌托邦与部分服从的指控,布拉德·胡克从两个方面展开了捍卫:道德特殊主义的规避、规则后果主义与道德直觉的默契可以让规则后果主义摆脱乌托邦嫌疑;高阶原则与避免伤害原则的内置使规则后果主义部分服从的观念悄然流产。然而,无论布拉德·胡克揄扬何种形式的精致回应和捍卫,似乎都无法阻止规则后果主义陷入乌托邦和部分服从的命运。Face the accusation to rule consequentialism of utopianism and part obedience, Hooker defends from two aspects, the evasion of moral partiicularism, the privity between consequentialism and moral intuition may break away from suspicion; The embedded of high order principle and avoiding harm principle make the concept of part obedience quiet abortion. However, No matter what form of response and defend, Hooker cant stop to make rule consequentialism to destiny of Utopia and part obedience.
