摘 要:《2030可持续发展议程》及《巴黎气候协议》的签署标志着全球绿色经济与可持续发展迎来了新的高峰。绿色就业作为国际社会推行绿色经济与可持续发展的重要落脚点,正成为国际社会与各国聚焦的热点。近日,由多家国际组织举办的国际绿色经济研讨会首次将视角聚焦于"绿色就业"。会议认为,气候变化与可持续发展问题必将引发全球就业向低碳化方向转变;绿色就业的净效应将给就业市场带来更多机遇,但会对劳动者提出新的绿色技能与素养要求;"绿色"属性将有利于男女平等就业问题的改善;劳动者可以获得即"体面"又"绿色"的工作;同时,绿色就业也将影响到地区的贫富差距。"2030 Sustainable Development Agenda"and"Paris Climate Agreement"mark a new era of global green economy and sustainable development. Green employment,as the foothold of green economy and sustainable development,is becoming the central issue in international society Recently, the International Green Economy Symposium organized by international organizations,firstly follows closely on Green Employment and focus on the issues. It argued that climate change and sustainable development would inevitably lead a low- carbon transition in global employment; the net effects of green jobs would create more opportunities for the job market,but also require new green skills for workers; "Green"contributes towards improving gender equality in employment; workers could both get"decent"and"green"work by green jobs; the same time,green employment will also affect the gap between rich and poor in region.
