摘　　要：今年是"十三五"规划的开局之年,生态文明建设首次被纳入国家五年规划,而农村生态环境作为生态文明建设的重要环节关系着人民福祉和民族未来,也关系着"两个一百年"奋斗目标和中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的实现。通过引用最新的数据资料说明了当前我国农村生态环境的突出问题并分析了根源,结合"环保供给侧改革"、《"十三五"生态环境保护规划》等国家最新政策要求提出了解决农村生态环境问题的策略,旨在探索出一条适合我国农村生态环境保护的道路。This year is the beginning of the＂13th Five-Year plan＂,and ecological civilization construction has been included in five-year plan of the state firstly. As an important part of ecological civilization construction,rural ecological environment is related to the well-being of people and the nation＇s future,and also related to the realization of ＂two one hundred year＂goal and,the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the Chinese dream. The current outstanding problems of rural ecological environment in China and causes are analyzed by the latest data,and the strategies for solving problems of rural ecological environment are proposed based on ＂environmental protection supply- side reform ＂ and ＂13th Five- Year environmental protection plan＂,aiming to find a way for the rural ecological environment protection in China.
