摘　　要：为预防和处置环境事件提供非常有价值的经验和参考依据,保护环境安全和人民群众环境权益,通过对环境污染事故应急处置完毕后,环境污染事故调查应当遵循的六个步骤,包括成立调查组、前期准备、现场调查、损害评估、事故责任追究、事故调查报告及归档,逐个进行相关内容的明确,包括调查组的人员组成、前期准备的具体材料、现场调查的具体内容、损害评估包含几方面内容、事故责任处理的具体依据、事故调查报告的内容及归档的相关要求,最后建立起一套完整的环境污染事故调查规范。Provide valuable experience and reference for the prevention and treatment of environmental accidents,protect the environment and people＇s environmental rights. The environmental pollution accident investigation should follow six steps after the environmental pollution accident emergency disposal,including the establishment of the investigation group,preparation,on-site investigation,damage assessment,accident responsibility,accident investigation report and archiving. Make relevant content clear individually,including the form of the investigation team,specific material preparation,the specific content of field investigation,damage assessment contents, basis for the identification of accident liability, relevant content of the accident investigation report and relevant requirements for filing. Finally,established a comlete regulation for investigation of environmental pollution accident.
