摘　　要：德国KTQ质量认证体系较大地促进了国内医院在组织、管理、规范化、质量、安全等方面的水平提升,并在医院的业务流程中体现。以信息技术为支撑对医院业务流程进行优化是提升医疗和管理品质,实现资源成本最小化,改善时效、提高效益的有力方法与途径。结合PDCA循环,阐述了医院业务流程优化的步骤、方法、相关技术与工具、评价等问题,建立了医院业务流程优化的评价体系。German KTQ accreditation has been concerned widely in China for its scientific methods and precise criteria. Organization, management, quality, safety and so on are reflected in the hospital＇s numerous business processes. The optimization of hospital business process based on information technology is an effective way and means to improve the quality of medical treatment and management, minimize the cost of resources, improve the aging and improve the efficiency of the hospital. Based on the PDCA cycle, the steps, methods, techniques and tools of hospital business process optimization are described, and the evaluation system of hospital business process optimization is established.
