摘　　要：目前人们日益增长的医疗卫生服务需求与有限医疗资源的矛盾日益激烈和突出,儿科领域尤其严峻。北京儿童医院总结现有医疗资源整合模式,依托自身医疗资源,构建北京儿科综合服务平台,成立北京儿童医院集团,托管京津冀二级医疗机构、打造京津冀医疗圈,不断探索适用于儿科的医疗资源整合模式,为儿童专科医院发挥优势、实现儿科资源最大化利用总结经验。There is more and more contradictions between the increasing healthcare needs and limited health resources. Based on the existing health resources, Beijing Children＇s Hospital has integrated health resources and build Beijing pediatric care platform and construct Beijing Children＇s Hospital Group by trusting the secondary hospital in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. By continuous innovating pediatric health resources integration mode, the resources of Beijing Children＇s Hospital are full used and full plays its role.
