摘　　要：三级甲等医院是卫生应急医疗救治的主体力量和专业技术机构,是城乡公共卫生安全和紧急医疗救援体系的重要组成部分。武警总医院结合医院实际,从找准定位,确立卫生应急力量建设方向;紧贴实际提升卫生应急力量管理水平;立足实战检验卫生应急力量救援能力;瞄准前沿深化卫生应急力量科研创新等方面探讨了如何进一步加强国内三级甲等医院卫生应急力量建设。The top tertiary hospital is the main part and professional technical agency in health emergency care. It is also an important part of urban and rural public health security and emergency medical rescue system. Combined with the practice of The General Hospital of Chinese Armed Police Force, how to improve emergency capacity of top tertiary hospital in China has been discussed in aspects of setting objectives and make direct guideline, improving emergency management and capacity and strengthening emergency research.
