移动互联新医疗模式对患者诊疗流程的影响

摘　　要：比较传统就诊模式和移动互联新医疗模式下患者就诊所耗费的时间,并调查两组不同就医模式的患者满意度。调查研究发现,通过移动互联医疗模式就诊的患者就诊总时间缩短50%以上,大大缩短了患者在医院逗留的时间。同时通过调查发现使用移动互联医疗模式患者满意度比传统就医模式满意度高。Waiting time and patient＇s satisfaction were compared under the traditional mode of treatment and mobile Internet medical. It showed that the total time of medical treatment in patients with mobile Internet access was shortened by more than 50% and greatly shortened the time of stay in hospital. Furthermore, the patient satisfaction under mobile internet was higher than that of traditional medical mode.
