摘  要:国内目前对于惯性导航系统的故障诊断技术的研究主要停留在理论阶段,研制了一套激光陀螺惯性导航系统在线快速诊断装置工程样机。该样机主要包括硬件和软件两部分,硬件为一个激光陀螺惯性导航系统在线快速诊断装置,软件部分实现了串口读写、数据采集、信号处理、故障诊断等功能,样机能够对激光陀螺惯导系统进行在线检测、诊断和故障判别。该装置的研制对提高激光陀螺惯导系统的使用效率、缩短维修维护周期具有重要意义。对激光陀螺惯导系统在线测试的试验结果表明该装置具有很好的故障检测性能,能够及时发现激光陀螺惯导系统存在的故障并作出预警。At present,domestic fault diagnosis technology for inertial navigation systems research mainly stay in the theoretical stage,and the on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis of the laser gyroscope inertial navigation system(LGINS)prototype based on LabVIEW is manufactured.This prototype mainly includes hardware and software parts,hardware is a LGINS fast online diagnostic device,software section realizes the serial read and write,data gathering,signal processing,fault diagnosis,etc.And the prototype is capable of doing on-line detection,diagnosis and fault identification on the LGINS.This work is helpful for improving efficiency,shortening the period of maintenance of the LGINS.The results of laser gyro inertial navigation system for online testing indicates that the device has a good fault detection performance,and the ability to detect the presence of the laser gyro inertial navigation system failure and obtain warnings early.
