摘　　要：目的：探讨血管内皮生长因子基因（VEGF）＋450C/ G 多态性与银屑病的关系。方法分别检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、中国学术期刊全文数据库、维普数据库和万方数据库，根据纳入、排除标准纳入研究，并评价研究质量，采用 Stata 12.0进行 Meta 分析。结果最终纳入6篇病例对照研究。Meta 分析结果显示，总人群的 VEGF ＋405C/ G 各基因型与银屑病易感性均无相关性（P 均〉0.05）。亚组分析显示亚洲人基因型 CC vs. GG、（CC ＋ CG）vs. GG 与银屑病发生差异有统计学意义（P 均〈0.05）。通过 Begg’s 检验判断发表偏倚，所有基因型均不存在发表偏倚（P 均〉0.05）。结论亚洲人 VEGF ＋450C/ G 基因可能与银屑病发生相关。Objective To investigate the correlation between vascular endothelial growth factor （ VEGF）gene ＋ 450 c / G polymorphism and psoriasis. Methods Searching PubMed,Embase,the Cochrane Library,China academic journal full-text database,VIP database and Wanfang database, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria included the research,and evaluated the quality of＆amp;nbsp;research,the Meta-analysis was performed by Stata 12. 0. Results Six case-control studies were included. Meta analysis results showed that there was no correlation between the VEGF ＋405 c/ G genotype and psoriasis susceptibility in total population（P 〉0. 05）. Subgroup analysis showed that the differences of genotype CC vs. GG,CC ＋（CG）vs. GG with psoriasis susceptibility were significant in Asians（P 〉0. 05）. The publication bias were tested Begg’s inspection,all genotypes had no publication bias（P 〉0. 05）. Conclusions VEGF ＋450 C/ G gene may be correlated with psoriasis susceptibility in Asians.
