新型城镇化背景下林业资源型城市转型研究——以伊春市为例

摘　　要：文章以典型的林业资源型城市伊春市为例,分析了林业资源型城市在经济增长、城镇化发展的同时,存在着产业结构不合理、公共服务水平低和社会负担沉重等问题。按照新型城镇化的要求,伊春市应通过优化产业体系、加强基础设施建设、完善社会保障机制、健全生态补偿机制等实现成功转型和可持续发展。In this paper, taking typical forestry resource-based city Yichun as an example, analyzed the economic growth and urbanization development, and the existence of irrational industrial structure, low level of public services and the heavy burden on society simultaneously. In accordance with the requirements of new urbanization, Yichun City should optimize the industrial system, strengthen infrastructure construction, improve the social security system and improve the ecological compensation system to achieve successful transformation and sustainable development.
