摘 要:由于受到土地和天然地形的制约,香港一直以来采用集约高密度模式的城市规划。多层立体式城市开发带来了高效与便捷,混合用途的土地利用模式也产生多元化和活力城市空间,但与此同时,也引发了诸多城市环境问题,给市民的生活品质带来了不少影响。在2003年非典型肺炎事件后,城市风环境及空气流通状况引发市民高度关注。随后香港政府规划署开展《空气流通评估》的顾问项目,并颁布相关技术通告。其研究结果亦被纳入《城市规划标准与准则》,逐步影响建筑设计与城市规划。本文针对香港过往的气候空间设计实践与经验,展开了详细讨论,为中国快速城镇化中高密城市规划与建筑设计中风环境评估与应用提供可借鉴的参考。Due to limited land resources and hilly topographical condition, Hong Kong has focused on compact high density urban development and planning since the 1950s. High rise and vertical urban development and mixed land use mode have made high efficient and convince to citizens and created diversified and dynamic urban space. But at the same time, it also has brought along some environmental problems and affected urban living quality. After the SARS event in 2003, Hong Kong wind environment and urban ventilation has drawn the general public's concern. Consequently, the Planning Department of Hong Kong Government leaded a consultancy study on air ventilation assessment. Based on the findings, Hong Kong Government issued a new technical guide and also added a new section into Hong Kong Planning Standards and Guidelines. All these have gradually affects and changed local practice and construction industry. The paper can be referred by planners, architects and govermental officials in China's Mainland who are working on high density urban development and facing fast urbanization.
