清宣金脏法治疗风邪犯肺喉源性咳嗽100例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察清宣金脏法治疗风邪犯肺喉源性咳嗽疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,将100例门诊及住院患者清宣金脏法治疗,桑叶、杏仁、前胡、桔梗、牛蒡子、瓜蒌壳各10g,杷叶~炙15 g,川贝母、甘草各5g;咽部红肿疼痛加黄芩~炒、射干各10g;咽痒较甚加牡丹皮、蝉蜕各10g;咽部异物感明显,加牛膝、丹参、重楼各10g;咳嗽声嘶加沙参15g,木蝴蝶10g;口干渴饮,大便干燥加玄参15g,知母10g;大便偏溏去牛蒡子,加茯苓、山药各15g。1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚温服。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床治愈48例,显效26例,有效20例,无效6例,总有效率94.00%(94/100)。[结论]清宣金脏法治疗风邪犯肺喉源性咳嗽,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Lung -clearing and Lung -dispersing Therapy in treating 100 cases of laryngeal cough. [Method] A prospective cases study was performed on 100 outpatients and inpatients with Laryngeal Cough. Giving Lung -clearing and Lung -dispersing Therapy （Sangye, Xingren, Qianhu, Jiegeng, Niubangzi and Gualouke lOg; Zhipipaye 15g, Chuanbeimu and Gancao 5g; patients with red throat and sore-throat were added Chaohuangqin and Shegan 10g; with throat itching were added Mudanpi and Chantui 10g, with pharynx foreign body sensation were added Niuxi, Danshen and Chonglou 10g; with hoarseness were added Shashen 15g, Muhudie 10g; with dry mouth and constipation were added Xuanshen and Zhimu 10g, with loose stool were moved Niubangzi and added Fuling and S .hanyao 15g.） Water decoction, 200ml each time, one prescription every day for two times. 7 doses constituting one course. Observing clinical symptoms and side effects. Treatment of 1-2 consecutive treatments to determine efficacy. [Results] Clinical cure of 48 cases,having an effective 20 cases of 26 cases,is not valid in 6 cases, total effective rate 94.00% （94/100）. [Conclusion] Lung -clearing and Lung -dispersing Therapy in treating Laryngeal Cough was safe and effective, without serious adverse reaction, is a worth popularizing therapy for laryngeal cough.
