辨证分型治疗脑血栓50例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察辨证分型治疗脑血栓疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,辨证分型治疗50例门诊患者,肝阳暴亢-天麻钩藤饮(天麻、夜钩藤、栀子、黄芩、益母草、茯神、杜仲、桑寄生各9g,川牛膝、钩藤各12g,石决明18g);风痰阻络-化痰通络汤(半夏、白术各12g,茯苓、天竺黄、胆南星、大黄、香附各10g,丹参15g,天麻9g);痰热腑实-星蒌承气汤(全瓜蒌、胆南星各30g,生大黄15g,芒硝8g);气虚血瘀-补阳还五汤(黄芪120g,赤芍15g,地龙、当归、桃仁、川芎、红花各9g);阴虚风动-育阴通络汤(生地黄、双钩藤、生龟板、生白芍、丹参、玄参各15g,山茱萸、天麻各9g,茵陈6g)。1剂/d,水煎400mL,早晚口服。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、肢体功能、语言能力、生活能力、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈23例,显效14例,有效6例,无效7例,总有效率86.00%。[结论]辨证分型治疗脑血栓,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of syndrome differentiation on cerebral thrombosis. [Method] Randomized parallel control method was used in the treatment of 50 outpatients with liver-yang hyperactivity - Gastrodia elata, Uncaria rhynchophylla, Gardenia jasminoides, Radix Scutellariae, Leonurus, Fu Shen, Eucommia ulmoides and Loranthaceae （Bupleurum, Atractylodes each 12g, Poria, Tianzhu Huang, bile Southern Star, rhubarb, Cyperus rotundus 10g, Salviae miltiorrhiza 15g, Rhizoma Gastrodiae 8g）; Qi deficiency and blood stasis - Buyang Huanwu Decoction （Radix Astragali 120g, Radix Paeoniae Rubra 15g, Radix Paeoniae Rubra 15g, Rhizoma Dioseoreae, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Carthamus tinctorius, safflower each 9g）; Yin Yin Fengluo-Yuyin Tongluo Decoction （Rehmannia, Each 9g, capillaris 6g）. l/d, decoction 400mL, sooner or later oral. Continuous treatment 7d for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, physical function, language skills, life skills, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of a course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Result] 23 cases were cured, 14 cases markedly effective, 6 cases effective, 7 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 86.00%. [Conclusion] Treatment of cerebral thrombosis with syndrome differentiation is satisfactory, with no serious adverse reactions, and worthy of promotion.
