水蛭溶栓胶囊治疗缺血性中风随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察水蛭溶栓胶囊治疗缺血性中风疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将160例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分为两组。对照组80例吡拉西坦,1.2,3次/d,口服。治疗组80例水蛭溶栓胶囊,2.0g/次,3次/d,口服。连续治疗21d为1疗程。观测临床症状、神经功能评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程(21d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈33例,有效32例,显效12例,无效3例,总有效率96.25%;对照组基本痊愈22例,显著好转26例,好转11例,无效21例,总有效率73.75%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]水蛭溶栓胶囊治疗缺血性中风,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the effect of thrombolytic leech capsule in treating ischemic stroke. [Methods] Using random parallel control method, 160 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number of the disease. The control group of 80 cases of piracetam, 1.2, 3 times/day, oral. The treatment group of 80 cases of thrombolytic leech capsule, 2.0 g/time, 3 times/d, oral. Continuous treatment for 1 courses of 21d. Observation of clinical symptoms, neurological function score, adverse reaction. Treatment of 1 courses of treatment （21d）, determine the efficacy. [Results] The treatment group 33 cases were cured, 32 cases effective, 12 cases were markedly effective, 3 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 96.25%; control group 22 cases were cured, 26 cases were remarkably improved, 11 cases improved, 21 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 73.75%; the treatment group than the control group （P 〈 0.01）. [Conclusion] Effect of thrombolytic leech capsule in treating ischemie stroke, with no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
