傅应昌眩晕方治疗眩晕随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察傅应昌眩晕方治疗眩晕疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将78例门诊患者按随机数字表法随机分两组。对照组39例氟桂利嗪,5mg/次,qn;培他司汀,2片/次,Tid。治疗组39例眩晕方(桑寄生、牡蛎各30g,生党参15g,制天麻、白芍、山茱萸、麦冬、茯苓、柏子仁、牛膝、丹参、桑叶、菊花、蔓荆子各10g,甘草5g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚各服100mL。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、眩晕残障程度评估(DHI)、眩晕发作次数、持续时间、眩晕程度、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效19例,有效17例,无效3例,总有效率92.30%;对照组显效14例,有效15例,无效10例,总有效率74.70%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。DHI评分治疗组降低优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]傅应昌眩晕方治疗眩晕,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the curative effect of vertigo treated by ZHU Yingchang. [Methods] Seventy - eight outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of randomized parallel comparison. The control group 39 cases of flunarizine, 5 mg/times, qn; Peptastatin, 2 tablets/times, Tid. The treatment group of 39 cases of vertigo （loran, oysters, 30g, 15g of Codonopsis, ginseng, Licorice 5g）, l/d, decoction 200mL, sooner or later the service 100mL. Continuous treatment for 10d for a course of treatment. （DHI）, the number of vertigo attacks, duration, degree of vertigo, adverse reactions were observed. Treatment of a course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results] In the treatment group, 19 cases were markedly effective, 17 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 92.30%; 14 cases in the control group, 15 cases in the control group and 10 cases in the ineffective group, the total effective rate was 74.70%; the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. DHI score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] ZhuXingChang Vertigo is effective in the treatment of vertigo, with no serious adverse reaction.
