益气化瘀胶囊联合拜阿司匹林与阿托伐他汀钙治疗气虚血瘀动脉粥样硬化随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察益气化瘀胶囊联合拜阿司匹林与阿托伐他汀钙治疗气虚血瘀动脉粥样硬化疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将78例住院及门诊患者按就诊先后顺序方法简单随机分为两组。对照组38例拜阿司匹林,100mg/d;阿托伐他汀钙,20mg/d。治疗组40例益气化瘀胶囊(黄芪60g,太子参30g,川芎15g,地龙、赤芍各10g,鸡血藤30g,每粒含生药2.8g),2粒/次,3/d;拜阿司匹林与阿托伐他汀钙治疗同对照组。连续治疗8周为1疗程。观测临床症状、血脂(TC、TG、H-DLC、LDL-C)、颈动脉IMT、hs-CRP、IL-6、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效17例,有效18例,无效5例,总有效率87.50%;对照组显效10例,有效14例,无效14例,总有效率63.16%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血脂(TC、TG、H-DLC、LDL-C)、颈动脉IMT、hs-CRP、IL-6两组均有改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]益气化瘀胶囊联合拜阿司匹林与阿托伐他汀钙治疗气虚血瘀动脉粥样硬化,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the effect of Yiqi Huayu capsule combined with aspirin and the therapeutic effect of atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis of atherosclerosis. [Method] Using a randomized parallel control method, 78 eases of inpatient and outpatient doctor order according to simple method were randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 38 patients with aspirin, 100 mg/d; Atorvastatin calcium, 20 mg/d. The treatment group of 40 eases of Yiqi Huayu capsule （Astragalus 60g, Pseudostellariae 30g, Chuanxiong 15g, Earthworm log, Red peonyl0g, Caulis Spatholobi 30g）, Aspirin and atorvastatin calcium treatment with the control group. 8 weeks of continuous treatment for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, blood lipid levels, carotid artery IMT, hs-CRP, IL-6, adverse reactions. Continuous 2 courses of treatment, to determine efficacy. [Result] The treatment group 17 cases, 18 eases were effective, 5 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 87.50%; In the control group, 10 eases were markedly effective, 14 eases were effective, 14 eases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 63.16%; The treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05）; Blood lipid levels, carotid artery IMT, hs-CRP, IL-6 treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] In the treatment of Yiqi Huayu capsule combined with aspirin and atorvastatin calcium,the therapeutic effect is satisfactory, no serious adverse reaction, it is worth popularizing.
