消渴康颗粒联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察消渴康颗粒联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将116例住院及门诊患者按掷骰子方法简单随机分为两组。对照组58例二甲双胍,0.25g/次,2~3次/d,餐后即服。治疗组58例消渴康颗粒,9g/次,3次/d,餐前温水送服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30 d为1疗程。观测临床症状、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程(60d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效31例,有效24例,无效3例,总有效率94.83%;对照组显效20例,有效22例,无效16例,总有效率72.41%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、HOMA-β两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]消渴康颗粒联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the curative effect of Xiaokekang combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. [Methods] 116 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of random parallel control. The control group of 58 cases of metformin, 0.25 g/times, 2～3 times/d, after the meal that clothing. The treatment group of 58 cases of Xiaokekang particles, 9 g/time, 3 times/d, before a meal to send warm clothing; westernmedicinewiththecontrolgroup. Continuous treatment for 30 d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, fasting blood glucose （FPG）, postprandial 2H blood glucose （2hPG）, glyeosylated hemoglobin （HbAlc）, islet beta cell function index （HOMA-β）, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment for 2 course of treatment （60d）, to determine the efficacy. [Result] 31 cases were markedly effective, 24 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 94.83%; the control group was 20 cases, 22 cases were effective, 16 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 72.41%. The treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.01）. FPG, 2hPG, HbAlc, HOMA-two groups were improved （P〈0.01）, the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Xiaokekang combined with mefformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes, satisfactory curative effect, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
