穴位注射胎盘组织液联合辨证治疗特发性少、弱精子症随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察穴位注射胎盘组织液联合辨证治疗特发性少、弱精子症临床疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将72例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号法简单随机分为两组。对照组38例辨证治疗。肾阳不足:金匮肾气丸合五子衍宗丸加减;肾阴不足:左归丸合五子衍宗丸加减;肝郁气滞:柴胡疏肝散合五子衍宗丸;湿热下注:龙胆泻肝丸;气血两虚:人参养荣丸;气滞血瘀:血腹逐瘀丸。治疗组35例穴位注射,第一组:肾俞、命门、三阴交;第二组:关元、中极、足三里。注射胎盘组织液2次/周,两组穴位交替注射,取胎盘组织液4mL,针刺入后稍捻转行针,待得气后推药,1mL/穴。周2下午和周6集中穴位注射;辨证治疗同对照组。连续治疗3个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、精液主要参数(精子总数、精子密度、精子活率)、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈12例,显效8例,有效5例,无效10例,总有效率71.43%。对照组痊愈7例,显效6例,有效8例,无效17例,总有效率55.26%。精液主要参数两组均有改善(P<0.05)。[结论]穴位注射胎盘组织液联合辨证治疗特发性少、弱精子症,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the acupuncture point injection of placenta tissue fluid joint syndrome differentiation treatment of idiopathic less, weak sperm disease clinical curative effect. [Methods] Using random parallel control method, 72 cases of clinic patients in clinic order numbering method simple random divided into two groups. The control group 38 cases of syndrome differentiation treatment. Kidney Yang deficiency, kidney pills or golden abital Yan zong pill. Kidney Yin deficiency： left to pill abital yan zong pill; Liver depression and qi stagnation： radix bupleuri liver scattered abital yan zong pill; Hot and humid betting： gentian purging liver pills; Two Qi： keep a bolus of ginseng. And Qi stagnation and blood stasis： by abdominal blood stasis pill. The treatment group 35 examples point injection, the first group： Shen shu, Ming, three vaginal intercourse; In the second group, guan yuan, pole, foot three mile. Injection of placenta tissue fluid 2 times per week, two groups of acupoint injection, alternately in the placenta tissue fluid 4 ml, needle into a little twist turned after needle, after waiting for qi push medicine, 1 mL/hole. Tuesday afternoon and week 6 focus point injection; The treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 3 months for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, semen main parameters （the total number of sperm, sperm density, sperm rate）, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [Result] The treatment group cure 12 cases, 8 cases were markedly effective, effective in 5 cases, 10 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 71.43%. Control group recovered in 7 cases, 6 cases had marked effect, 8 cases effective, 17 had no effect, the total effective rate was 55.26%. Semen main parameters in the two groups were improved （P〈0.05）.
