摘  要:通过几种脱水方法的比较确定适合大型储气库集注站脱水工艺——三甘醇脱水工艺,从系统的角度分析影响三甘醇脱水装置的能耗的主要参数,应用流程模拟软件HYSYS对储气库的脱水流程进行工艺模拟。通过研究主要参数对脱水装置能耗影响情况,优化脱水装置主要工艺参数,达到节能降耗的目的,同时提出有效的节能优化措施。A suitable dehydration process-the TEG dehydration process for large gas storage was selected by comparison of several dehydration methods. The main energy consumption parameters of TEG dehydration device were analyzed from a system perspective, and the dehydration process was simulated by using process simulation software HYSYS. The process parameters were optimized through studying the influence of the main parameters on the energy consumption of the dehydration device to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption. At the same time, effective measures to optimize energy efficiency were put forward.
