摘  要:文中设计了磁悬浮路面平整度监测系统,通过实测输出电压与位移的关系得到测量灵敏度,用虚拟仪器数据处理方法得到被测振动信号的功率谱。分别测量了汽车通过平坦路面、小减速带、大减速带和市区路面行驶、长距离行驶的振动波形。通过波形分析得出路面的平整度情况,设置振动幅度上、下限,超限时报警和启动GPS定位系统,保存振动数据,实现波形回放和不平整位置的定位。实验结果表明,基于磁悬浮振动测试技术的公路平整度测量方法具有测量灵敏度高、测试范围广的特点。Magnetic levitation road surface roughness monitoring system was designed.The measuring sensitivity was gotten through the relationship between output voltage and displacement.The power spectrum measured vibration signal was obtained through data processing methods by virtual instruments.The vibration waveforms of flat road,small deceleration zone,large deceleration zone and long-distance travel were measured when a car pass.The flatness of the road condition was gotten by waveform analysis.Superior and inferior limit of vibration amplitude was set up.When the vibration measured exceeds the limit,the GPS system works and the vibration data is saved.The waveforms can be played back and the uneven road position can be positioned.Experimental results show that magnetic levitation vibration measurement technique based road flatness measuring method has characteristics of high sensitivity and wide frequency range.
