摘 要:目的观察黄精对环磷酰胺致小鼠白细胞减少症的影响。方法采用连续3天腹腔注射环磷酰胺建立小鼠白细胞减少症模型;将120只SPF级ICR小鼠随机分成空白组、模型组和黄精高、中、低剂量组,每组20只,灌胃相应药物10天,测定小鼠白细胞计数,并计算脾脏系数。结果实验第10天,与空白组比较,模型组白细胞计数[(4.49±0.63)×109/L比(6.33±0.55)×109/L]和脾脏系数[(2.76±0.13)mg/g比(4.73±0.06)mg/g]均显著降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,黄精中、高剂量组白细胞计数[(10.54±0.89)×109/L、(6.19±0.18)×109/L]和脾脏系数[(4.08±0.29)mg/g、(3.08±0.11)mg/g]均显著升高(P<0.05)。结论黄精粗提液对环磷酰胺致小鼠白细胞减少和脾脏系数下降有明显的改善和治疗作用。Objective To investigate the effect of huangjing(solomanseal rhizome) on CTX-induced leukopenia in mice. Methods One hunderd and twenty SPF ICR mice were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, high, medium and low doses of huangjing groups, with 20 mice in each group. Except for control group, the mice in other groups were copied to leukopenia model by intreperitoneal injection of CTX for 3d, then they were given by gavage the corresponding drug for 10 d. After the treatment, the WBC of mice was determined and spleen index was calculated. Results On D10, the WBC and the spleen index of model group were lower than those of blank control group [(4.49 ±0.63)×109/L vs(6.33 ±0.55)×109/L, P 0.05;(2.76 ±0.13)mg/g vs(4.73 ±0.06)mg/g, P 0.05]. Compared with model group, the medium and high doses of huangjing groups had higher level of WBC and spleen index [(10.54±0.89)×109/L and(6.19±0.18)×109/L;(4.08±0.29)mg/g and(3.08±0.11)mg/g; all P〈0.05].Conclusion Huangjing crude extract can improve and treat the symptoms of decreased WBC and spleen index in mice with CTX-induced leukopenia.
