摘　　要：当下地方公安院校在办学特色上仍存在一定的同质化倾向,且特色建设的成效仍待加强,在意识层面,加强凝炼特色的主动性,不断发现、强化特色;在实践层面,夯实特色建设的路径,实战引领人才培养,使其具有更强的办学核心竞争力。The school-running characteristics of the local public security colleges is similar currently, and the efficiency of college construction should be improved. Construction of the school-running characteristics of the local public security colleges should be strengthened so as to be more competitive in its school-running system.
