摘　　要：恐怖活动犯罪已成为当今人类社会的最大安全隐患之一,世界各国都在积极探索反恐怖人才培养模式,以期更好地打击防范恐怖犯罪活动。公安院校作为警务人才培养的重要机构,在培养反恐怖人才方面承担着不可推卸的重任。为了更好地发挥公安院校在反恐怖人才培养方面的作用,就必须厘清高校人才培养模式的内涵,了解世界各国反恐怖人才培养模式与现状,借鉴相关经验,勇于实践,积极探索适合本国国情的反恐怖人才培养模式。Terrorist offense have become one of the most dangerous threat to today＇s social security. All countries in the world are trying to explore the cultivation modes of training anti-terrorism talents with the hope of fighting and preventing terrorism offense much more effectively. Police colleges, as one of the most significant agencies in training police officers, should take unshirkable responsibility for cultivating anti-terrorism talents. In order to make its work in talents＇ training much more efficiently, the police colleges should clear the connotation of university talents training mode, understand anti-terrorism cultivation mode worldwidely and its present situation, learn some relative experience and practice it bravely, then trying to explore a type of anti-terrorism talents cultivation mode that fit our own conditions.
