溶栓与单纯抗凝治疗中危肺栓塞的疗效比较研究

摘　　要：应用心脏超声观察中危急性肺血栓栓塞症(PTE)患者应用不同治疗方案治疗前后右心功能的变化,以评估疗效有无差异。将2009年1月~2014年9月承德医学院附属医院住院的中危急性PTE患者,分为溶栓组和单纯抗凝组,两组患者治疗前、治疗1个月后右心功能指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);经不同方法治疗1个月后两组患者治疗前后右心功能指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。溶栓和单纯抗凝治疗均能有效改善中危急性PTE患者的右心功能,两种方法对PTE的短期疗效无明显差异。To evaluate the difference of the therapeutic effect between different therapies on acute moderate risk pulmonary thromboembolism（PTE）patients by observing the right heart function according to echocardiography.Acute moderate risk PTE patients who were treated in Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College from January 2009 to September2014were enrolled in this study.They were divided into two groups according to different therapy-thrombolysis group and pure anticoagulation therapy group.The difference on right heart functional parameters before prior treatment and posttreatment between two groups had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.The difference on right heart functional parameters between prior treatment and post-treatment had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Thrombolysis and pure anticoagulation therapy could both improved acute moderate risk PTE patients＇ right heart function.There is no obvious difference in therapeutic effect between the two different therapies.
