黑龙江省生态农业现状及发展优势分析

摘　　要：加强黑土耕地保护、发展生态农业是黑龙江农业可持续发展的必要条件和重要保障。在分析黑龙江省生态农业发展经验的基础上指出,未来应强化高标准基本农田建设、支持提升农业综合生产能力、突出抓好生态化建设、推广科学施肥用药,进而深入推进农业"三减"和黑土耕地保护,促进农业可持续发展。Strengthening the protection of black soil and developing ecological agriculture are the necessary condition and important guarantee for the sustainable development of agriculture in Heilongjiang, Based on the analysis of the development experience of ecological agriculture in Heilongjiang province, the authors pointed out that in the future we should strengthen the construction of high standard basic farmland, improve the comprehensive agricultural production capacity, highlight the ecological construction, and promote the use of scientific fertilization in order to further promote reducing the use of fertilizer, pesticides and herbicides in agriculture and the protection of black soil, and to accelerate the sustainable development of agriculture.
