绿色发展理念下京郊生态农业人才培养体系创新研究

摘　　要：京郊农业是北京农业的重要构成,而京郊农业可持续发展的关键在于培养创新农业人才,尤其是秉持绿色发展理念的生态农业人才。以"人与自然和谐"为出发点的生态农业,其发展定位将直接影响北京农业绿色发展总体进程。以京郊生态农业人才培养为出发点,引入培训机构人才培养方式,以生态农业人才培养为目标,运用IDO工作方法构建PDCA生态农业人才培养体系。Beijing suburban agriculture is an important component of Beijing agriculture, and the cultivation of innovative agricultural talents is the key of the sustainable development of agriculture in Beijing suburbs, particularly, upholding the concept of green development of ecological agricultural professionals. The development orientation of ecological agriculture, based on the harmony between human and nature, will directly affect the overall development of green agriculture in Beijing. Based on the standpoint of ecological agricultural talents cultivating in Beijing suburbs, the authors introduced the training mode of personnel training institutions, aiming at personnel training on ecological agriculture, established the training system of ecological agricultural talent PDCA using IDO method.
