摘 要:以一年生红叶樱花嫁接苗为试验材料,研究了24%、50%、85%遮阴处理和全光照处理对红叶樱花叶片色素含量、净光合速率以及叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明,随着遮光率的增高,叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量增加,叶绿素a/b减小;类胡萝卜素含量变化不大;花色苷含量减少。叶片净光合速率(Pn)、初始荧光(Fo)、最大荧光(Fm)、可变荧光(Fv)、PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSⅡ潜在活性(Fv/Fo)和光化学猝灭系数(qP)增加,但非光化学猝灭系数(q N)降低。全光照条件下,Pn日变化呈双峰曲线,而24%、50%、85%遮阴条件下呈单峰曲线。红叶樱花作为园林观叶植物,遮阴降低了其花色苷的含量,因此在造景搭配时应尽量避免遮阴。Using annual Prunus serrulata seedlings as materials,the pigment content,net photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of leaves were investigated under different shading treatments( 0,24%,50% and 85%). The results showed that with the increase of shading efficiency,the contents of chlorophyll a and b in leaves increased,while the chlorophyll a / b reduced. The content of carotenoids changed little,and that of anthocyanins decreased. The net photosynthetic rate( Pn),minimal fluorescence( Fo),maximum fluorescence( Fm),variable fluorescence( Fv),maximal photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ( Fv / Fm),latent reactivity of PSⅡ( Fv / Fo) and photochemical quenching coefficient( q P) enhanced,but the non-photochemical quenching coefficient( q N) decreased as the shading efficiency increasing. The diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate presented bimodal curve under no shading treatment,while showed unimodal curve under 24%,50% and 85% shading treatments. Shading reduced the content of anthocyanins in Prunus serrulata Libdl. ‘Royal Burgundy'leaves,so it should avoid shading as a garden foliage plant.
