创造性破坏视角下的传统村落空间商业化变迁研究——江西婺源李坑村、汪口村、江湾村对比分析

摘　　要：伴随着快速的城镇化浪潮,广大乡村地区正逐渐纳入城市的消费体系。其中,传统村落作为旅游目的地,因其独特的文化历史遗产禀赋而逐渐具有消费性空间的特征。基于传统村落商业化的视角,运用"创造性破坏"模型的分析框架,通过对江西婺源县李坑村、汪口村、江湾村在商业化阶段演进中各利益相关者博弈的实证分析,揭示旅游驱动下乡村景观的演变路径。研究发现,"创造性破坏"模型运用于我国传统村落商业化的阶段分析的过程中需适当修正,特别是政府部门与其他利益相关者的利益同化,对传统村落商业化发展的路径产生了巨大影响,并将传统乡村景观导向多元化的混杂景观共存的发展方向。Since the latter half of the 20th century, rural communities with unique place-based assets have been re-imaged as tourist destinations, and the broad masses of rural areas have been gradually incorporated into urban consumption system. In some locales, traditional villages have emerged changing from productive space to consumption space. This study is to determine if this transformation, known as ＂creative destruction＂, is underway in China＇s traditional villages, and to uncover the motivations that are driving this change. The study focuses on three traditional villages, Likeng, Wangkou, and Jiangwan in Wuyuan, which share similar cultural assets. Based on the commercialization of traditional villages＇ space, this study found that, by using creative destruction model, tourism could be the dominant driver to the transformation of rural landscape. In this study, the cases are applied to three communities, and it analyzed the stakeholder＇s game during every stages of commercialization. The most significant is recognition that the creative destruction model should be revised when it is used for the analysis of commercialization stages in China＇s traditional villages, especially being influenced by the interest assimilation with local governments and other stakeholders. Furthermore, the revised model may reveal the development direction from productive rural landscape to diversified hybrid landscape.
