蝴蝶型旅游度假及其载体的规划设计研究——以利川市苏马荡国家级旅游度假区规划设计为例

摘　　要：通过人类与蝴蝶的行为比较,提出了蝴蝶型旅游度假概念;通过蝴蝶型与候鸟型旅游度假之典型案例对比,归结出蝴蝶型旅游度假之空间"311"、市场"41N"、产品"4X1"的特征;叠合上述特征,界定了蝴蝶型旅游度假的内涵并推衍出其旅游度假区、旅游度假地产、旅游度假房地产等相关概念属性。结合利川市苏马荡国家级旅游度假区之发展背景与规划设计阐述,从旅游市场定位、人口规模预测、服务设施配套、山系绿道网络系统4方面解析了其具有蝴蝶型旅游度假特色的规划设计思路。Comparing human behavior with butterfly behavior, we presented the concept of butterfly-style tourism resort. Through a typical cases comparison of butterfly tourism resorm and migrant tourism resort, we summed up the spatial characteristics of butterfly-style tourism resort, including spatial mode ＂311＂ , marketing mode ＂41N＂ and product mode ＂4 × 1＂ . By overlapping these characteristics, we defined the content of butterfly-style tourism resort. Furthermore, the concept of butterfly-style tourism resort, tourism resort real estate and other related concepts are deduced. According to the development background and planning concept of Lichuan City, Sumadang national tourism resort, we analyzed the planning ideas of butterfly-style tourism resort from four aspects ： tourism marketing positioning, population forecasting, service facilities and mountain greenway network system.
