摘　　要：在我国社会老龄化日益严重的背景下,全龄化养老养老建设模式。全龄化养老社区的建设应以老年人的价值诉求为核心,由土地一级开发着手介入,统一把控从城市控制性详细规划、修建性详细规划到单体设计的各个阶段,根据老年人日常生活起居,营造既适宜日常活动又能满足精神需求的公共设施和活动空间。Under the background of the aging society becoming an increasingly serious problem in China, the all-age mixed retirement community is a retirement living pattern which accords with the situation of our country. The construction of all-age mixed retirement community should respond to the value pursuit of elderly people. Starting with primary land development, it needs unified control from regulatory plan, site plan to each periods of the architectural design. According to the daily habits of the aged, public facilities and activity spaces are designed to meet their requirements of daily activities and mental demands. Taking the project of Hebei Province Yuexinyuan Scientific Endowment Demonstration Base as an example, this paper discusses the ideas and solutions in the planning and design of all-age mixed retirement community though stages of regulatory plan, site plan and architectural design respectively.
