摘　　要：对我国现阶段工程建设标准体系下老年建筑相关标准进行了梳理和研究。首先回顾了我国进入老龄化社会以来的老年建筑标准发展历程,探讨了各时期老年建筑标准的出台背景与意义。然后从标准体系与管理体制、标准编制思路与方法以及标准实施层面,分析了目前老年建筑标准存在的问题。最后对我国老年建筑标准的发展提出相应建议。The paper sorts out and studies the relevant standards of old buildings under the current construction standard system of China. First, it gives a general review of the development process of elderly building standards since China entered the aging society. Then it discusses the current issues in the aspects of standard system and management system, the standard establishment method and standard implementation in the current standards related to elderly buildings. It finally provides some suggestions for the development of the elderly building standards.
