摘　　要：第21届中国民居建筑学术年会暨民居建筑国际研讨会以"保护和传承"为主题,从"民居研究方法""传统民居的保护与再利用""传统民居营建技艺的传承与创新""传统聚落生存与发展策略"四方面,全面剖析了我国传统民居建筑研究的现状与发展趋势、当前传统民居建筑保护的新标准,以及在传统民居建筑保护过程中遇到的各种实际技术问题与最佳解决方案。The 21st Academic Annual Conference on Chinese Vernacular Architecture and the International Conference on Vernacular Architecture was held in Hu＇ nan University of Science and Technology. The conference theme was ＂Protection and Inheritance＂ , and it focused on four aspects of the traditional dwelling research method, the protection and reuse of the traditional dwellings, inheritance and innovation of the vernacular architecture construction skills, and the survival and the development strategy of traditional settlements. It also discussed the current situation and trend of Chinese vernacular architecture study, the latest protection regulations and standards of the traditional dwellings, as well as the various practical techniques and the best solution in the protection process of traditional dwellings.
