缬沙坦联合瑞舒伐他汀对射频消融术后心房颤动患者应用价值的研究

摘　　要：目的缬沙坦联合瑞舒伐他汀对射频消融术后心房颤动患者应用价值的研究。方法选取2014年1月至2015年6月在大连市友谊医院心内科门诊就诊的90例射频消融术后心房颤动患者,按照用药的不同分为3组,缬沙坦组30例,瑞舒伐他汀组30例,联合用药组30例,观察3组间C-反应蛋、BNP浓度、左房内径。结果联合用药组优于缬沙坦组和瑞舒伐他汀组。结论缬沙坦联合瑞舒伐他汀对射频消融术后心房颤动患者疗效显著,值得在临床推广。Objective The effect of valsartan combined with Simvastatin in patients after atrial fibrillation of radiofrequency ablation. Methods Selection in January 2014 to June 2015 in dalian friendship hospital, 90 cases of heart medicine clinics after radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation patients, according to different divided into three groups of drugs, valsartan group, 30 cases, Simvastatin group 30 cases, and of combination group 30 cases, reaction between three groups CRP, BNP concentration, left atrial diameter. Results Combination group is better than that of valsartan and Simvastatin group. Conclusion Valsartan combined Simvastatin after radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation in patients with curative effect is distinct, is worth popularizing in clinical.
