阿罗洛尔治疗老年原发性高血压的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察阿罗洛尔口服治疗老年原发性高血压患者的临床疗效。方法选取自2014年9月至2015年9月于大连市友谊医院就诊的老年原发性高血压患者36例,采用前后对比的方法,口服阿罗洛尔5 mg日二次口服的方法,观察治疗前后患者舒张压、收缩压、心率、血脂变化情况。结果治疗前后血压,心率均有明显变化,数据比较有统计学差异P<0.05,治疗后血脂、胆固醇改变较治疗前没有统计学差异P>0.05。结论阿罗洛尔口服治疗原发性高血压安全有效,值得广泛推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of arotinolol oral treatment in elderly patients with essential hypertension. Methods Since September September 2014 to 2015 in Dalian Friendship Hospital of elderly primary hypertension patients in 36 cases, using the method of before and after comparison, oral arotinolol 5 mg twice daily by oral method observed before and after treatment in patients with diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, heart rate, blood lipid changes. Results Before and after treatment, blood pressure, heart rate were significantly changed, the data was statistically significant difference P〈0.05, after the treatment of blood lipids, cholesterol change than before treatment was not statistically different P〉0.05. Conclusion Arotinolol oral therapy is safe and effective in the treatment of essential hypertension, and it is worth popularizing.
