摘　　要：目的 :探讨针灸联合通窍活血汤加味治疗创伤性脑损伤术后患者的临床疗效。方法 :将90例中重度创伤性脑损伤患者用随机数字表法分为2组,每组45例,对照组进行对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上增加针灸和通窍活血汤加味治疗,两组皆治疗8周,采用格拉斯哥昏迷(GCS)评分、日常生活能力(ADL)评分、残疾分级评分(DRS)和格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS)评价两组临床疗效。结果:治疗8周后,脱落16例,对照组38例,观察组36例,观察组与对照组相比,ADL评分、GCS评分、GOS评分、DRS评分、总有效率均优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合通窍活血汤加味治疗创伤性脑损伤术后患者临床效果明确。Objective：To study the curative effect of postoperative recovery phase of traumatic brain injury treated by acupuncture combined with modified Tongqiao Huoxue decoction. Methods：There were 90 patients with moderate or severe traumatic brain injury divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,45 cases in each group. In the control group,patients were given rehabilitation treatment to relieve symptom,and in the observation group,besides the rehabilitation treatment,patients were also treated by acupuncture combined with modified Tongqiao Huoxue decoction. The two groups were treated for8 weeks. Glasgow coma scale（GCS）,daily life ability score（ADL）,disability classification score（DRS） and Glasgow outcome（GOS） score were employed to evaluate clinical curative effect. Results ：Eight weeks after treatment,there were 16 dropout patients totally. Finally,there were 38 cases in the control group and 36 case in the observation group. In the observation group,the ability of daily life（ADL） score,GCS score,GOS score,DRS score,total effective rate were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion ：Acupuncture combined Tongqiao Huoxue decoction showed definite effect for postoperative recovery phase of traumatic brain injury.
