摘　　要：周惠芳教授以国医大师夏桂成调周法为准绳,治疗经行吐衄,牢牢把握经后期、经前期的生理特点以及用药规律,结合辨病与辨证论治,经后期治以滋阴降火、宁心敛精,经前期治以降逆肝火、引经下行,并辅以清热、宁心、健脾之法,取得满意效果。本研究选取了周惠芳教授在临床治疗经行吐衄的验案,并分析其用药规律及理论依据。Following National Physician XIA Guicheng,Professor ZHOU Huifang used regulating cycle method to treat menstrual hematemesis and hemorrhinia. Based on the physiological feature of pre-menstruation and post-menstruation and the prescription law,applying syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation combined together,she treated the pre-menstruation disease by reversing rebelling liver fire,guiding menstruation downwards,assisted with clearing heat,calming heart and tonifying spleen,and treated the post-menstruation disease by nourishing yin and reducing fire,calming heart and consolidating essence. The effect was satisfactory. In this study case by Professor ZHOU Huifang treating hematemesis and hemorrhinia was explored,and the prescription law and theoretical basis were analyzed.
