徐振晔治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移经验探析

摘　　要：骨转移是中晚期恶性肿瘤(如乳腺癌、肺癌、前列腺癌)患者较为常见的病变。徐振晔教授通过辨别邪正虚实,辨证和辨病相结合,以及综合性疗法治疗骨转移疗效显著。同时,对于临床不同恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛的治疗,徐教授结合传统中医理论和现代中药研究,根据多年的临床用药经验总结出了治疗骨转移的经验方——骨痛灵方。附病案1则。The bone metastasis is the common complication in the middle and advanced stage of tumor,especially in breast cancer,lung cancer and prostate cancer. Professor XU Zhenye combined syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation,distinguished evil qi from healthy qi,excess from deficiency,and applied comprehensive treatment to treat malignant tumor bone metastasis. As for pain due to malignant tumor bone metastasis,after years of clinical practice,Professor XU invented an empirical formula,Gutongling formula,through combination of the theory of the traditional Chinese medicine and the modern research findings of Chinese herbs. There is one case in this paper.
