同型半胱氨酸、超敏 C-反应蛋白及胱抑素 C与妊娠高血压疾病的相关性

摘　　要：目的：探讨同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）、超敏 C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）及胱抑素 C（Cys-C）与妊娠高血压疾病（HDCP）的相关性。方法选择2015年1月至2016年2月 HDCP 患者78例（HDCP 组），另选择同期进行检查的正常妊娠孕妇80例（对照组）。检测两组患者的 Hcy、hs-CRP 及 Cys-C 水平，并对检测结果进行比较，分析 HDCP患者 Hcy 与 hs-CRP 及 Cys-C 的相关性，分析 HDCP 严重程度与 Hcy、hs-CRP 及 Cys-C 的相关性。结果 HDCP 组患者的 Hcy、hs-CRP 及 Cys-C 水平分别为（18.64±6.87）μmol/ L、（6.62±1.38）mg/ L 和（1.73±0.42）mg/ L，明显高于对照组的（5.07±1.92）μmol/ L、（1.46±0.74）mg/ L 和（0.81±0.17）mg/ L，组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P 均﹤0.01）；HDCP 病情越严重，其 Hcy、hs-CRP 及 Cys-C 水平越高，三组 HDCP 患者的 Hcy、hs-CRP 及 Cys-C 水平组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P 均﹤0.01）；HDCP 患者的 Hcy 水平与 hs-CRP 及 Cys-C 水平呈正相关（r =0.604、0.663， P 均﹤0.05）；HDCP 患者病情严重程度与 Hcy、hs-CRP 及 Cys-C 水平正相关（r =0.762、0.271、0.368，P 均﹤0.05）。结论 HDCP 患者存在 Hcy、hs-CRP 及 Cys-C 水平升高的情况，且 Hcy、hs-CRP 及 Cys-C 水平与 HDCP 病情严重程度呈正相关。Objective To investigate the correlation of homocystein（ Hcy）,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）and cystalin C（Cys-C）with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy （HDCP）. Methods A total of 78 pregnant women with HDCP from January 2015 to February 2016 were selected as HDCP group,and another 80 cases of normal pregnancy women over the same period were selected as control group. Hcy,hs-CRP and Cys-C levels of the two groups were detected and com-pared. The correlation of Hcy with hs-CRP and Cys-C,severity of illness with Hcy,hs-CRP and Cys-C were respectively analyzed. Results The Hcy,hs-CRP and Cys-C levels of HDCP group were respec-tively（18. 64 ± 6. 87）μmol/ L,（6. 62 ± 1. 38）mg / L and（1. 73 ± 0. 42）mg / L,which were significant-ly higher than（5. 07 ± 1. 92）μmol/ L,（1. 46 ± 0. 74）mg / L and（0. 81 ± 0. 17）mg / L of control group （all P ﹤ 0. 01）. The Hcy,hs-CRP and Cys-C levels were all higher when the HDCP is more serious. Hcy,hs-CRP and Cys-C levels among the three groups were all significantly different（all P ﹤ 0. 01）. The level of Hcy was positively correlated with hs-CRP and Cys-C in HDCP patient（r = 0. 604,0. 663, P ﹤ 0. 05）;The HDCP severity were also positively correlated with Hcy,hs-CRP and Cys-C（r = 0. 762, 0. 271,0. 762,P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusions Patients with HDCP has elevated levels of Hcy,hs-CRP and Cys-C,and the levels of Hcy,hs-CRP and Cys-C level are positively correlated with the HDCP illness severity.
