中青年代谢综合征的危险因素分析及干预对策

摘　　要：目的探讨中青年代谢综合征(MS)的检出情况、主要危险因素及预防对策。方法按照2004年中华医学会的诊断标准,对726例中青年健康体检人群的体质量指数、血压、血糖、血脂等结果进行分析,并对45例MS患者的相关危险因素进行多因素非条件Logistic回归分析。结果中青年MS的检出率为6.2%,男性检出率为5.0%,女性检出率为1.2%,男性30岁后、女性40岁后的检出率显著升高(P<0.05);肥胖和血脂紊乱的检出率高于高血压和高血糖。Logistic回归分析结果显示:30~50岁年龄段(OR=1.308)、高脂饮食(OR=2.564)、经常熬夜(OR=1.224)、久坐(OR=1.734)是中青年MS的主要危险因素。结论中青年人群MS的总体检出情况高于广东省平均流行水平,30~50岁年龄段、高脂饮食、经常熬夜、久坐是中青年MS的主要影响因素,应及早加强有针对性的健康管理,降低MS的发病风险。Objective To investigate the detection rate,main risk factors and preventive measures of middle-aged and young patients with metabolic syndrome（ MS）. Methods According to the diagnostic criteria of Chinese Medical Association in 2004,the results of 726 cases of middle-aged and young healthy population were analyzed,including body mass index,blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipid,and the related risk factors of 45 patients with MS were analyzed by multivariate non conditional Logistic regression analysis. Results The detection rate of MS was 6. 2%. The detection rate in male was5. 0%,in female was 1. 2%. The detection rate of male after the age of 30 and female after the age of 40 significantly increased. The detection rate of obesity and dyslipidemia was higher than that of hypertension and hyperglycemia. Logistic regression analysis showed that 30 to 50 years old（ OR = 1. 308）,high fat diet（ OR = 2. 564）,often stay up late（ OR = 1. 224）,sedentariness（ OR = 1. 734） were the main risk factors influencing the prevalence. Conclusion The overall prevalence of middle-aged and young patients with MS is higher than the average prevalence level of Guangdong province. The main risk factors are 30 to 50 years of age,high fat diet,often stay up late,sedentariness. To reduce the risk of MS,we should be strengthening the corresponding health management as soon as possible.
