心元胶囊联合福辛普利治疗原发性高血压的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨心元胶囊联合福辛普利钠片治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法选取2013年12月—2016年1月在河北大学附属医院接受治疗的初发原发性高血压患者86例,按照数表法将患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各43例。对照组晨起口服福辛普利钠片,10 mg/次,1次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服心元胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d。两组患者均治疗8周。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组的血脂、血压情况。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为81.39%、93.02%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组总胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白水平均下降,而高密度脂蛋水平均上升,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且治疗组这些观察指标的改善程度明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组收缩压和舒张压均显著下降,同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组这些观察指标的下降程度明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心元胶囊联合福辛普利钠片具有较好的临床疗效,调节血脂水平,可有效降低患者血压,安全性好,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xinyuan Capsules combined with Fosinopril Sodium Tablets in treatment of primary hypertension. Methods Patients（86 cases） with primary hypertension in Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University from December 2013 to January 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 43 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Fosinopril Sodium Tablets in the morning, 10 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xinyuan Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and blood lipid and blood pressure in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 81.39% and 93.02%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of total cholesterol, triglyceride, and low density lipoprotein in two groups were decreased, but the levels of high density lipoprotein were increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group（P〈0.05）. And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, systolic and diastolic blood pressures in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group（P〈0.05）. And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xinyuan Capsules combined with Fosinopril Sodium Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of primary hypertension, can regulate blood lipid level, and significantly decrease blood pressure with good safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
